Team KLABU at the NN Marathon Rotterdam!
For the first time ever, more than 100 runners took on the NN Marathon Rotterdam in support of KLABU. Together, they fundraised, trained and prepared, leading to an incredible 5000+ km raced and €121,000 raised!

This year marked the 45th edition of the NN Marathon Rotterdam, one of the fastest marathons in the world. Over a 100 KLABU runners coloured the course in flashes of purple, orange and pink. With unbeatable spirit and loud support from loved ones and strangers, they all crossed the finish line!
In the past few months, more than 300 participants raised funds to support KLABU in building a new sports clubhouse for refugees in Kampala, Uganda. Next to this, the runners were rewarded with a coveted NN Marathon Rotterdam race entry and a full KLABU marathon-kit.
Thanks to the efforts of our runners, KLABU is able to start the process of installing the new clubhouse, which is planned to open before the end of 2026.
